Mr Sharma qualified from Nottingham University and completed his higher surgical training in the West Midlands. He then spent 2 years in Melbourne, Australia where he gained valuable experience in urological cancer surgery as well as laser prostatectomies and laparoscopy. He is able to offer a full and comprehensive urological service to the region and will aim to continue to provide a high class service to all his patients.

His special interests include andrology, genito-urinary medicine, incontinence, laparoscopic surgery, minimal access surgery, laser therapies, oncology, paediatric urology, prostate cancer, bladder cancer.
